Florida State's Dan Frebel and Georgia Holderness Named ACC Swimming and Diving Performers of the Week   12/2/08   Florida State senior diver Dan Frebel and Seminole senior swimmer Georgia Holderness have been selected the Atlantic Coast Conference Swimming and Diving Performers of the Week. Frebel won both diving events against sixth-ranked Florida last week, posting his best scores of the season. Holderness took a pair of first place finishes in the breaststroke events.
		Virginia's Tech's Diaz named ACC Wrestler of the Week   12/2/08   Virginia Tech sophomore Chris Diaz has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference Wrestler of the Week for his performance in last Sunday's road match win over Chattanooga.
		ACC Men's Basketball Players of the Week   12/1/08   North Carolina's Ty Lawson has been named ACC Player of the Week, while Wake Forest's Al-Farouq Aminu earned ACC Rookie honors.
		Boston College's Mickel Picco and Miami's Shenise Johnson Earn ACC Weekly Honors   12/1/08   Boston College's Mickel Picco and Miami's Shenise Johnson were named Atlantic Coast Conference Women's Basketball Player and Rookie of the Week for the week ending Nov. 30. Picco led the Eagles to two victories at the Caribbean Challenge in Cancun, Mexico, including an upset win over No. 22 TCU. Johnson posted a pair of double-double performances last week en route to the Canes earning their fourth UM Thanksgiving Tournament title.
		Clemson's Danielle Hepburn Named ACC Volleyball Player of the Week   12/1/08   Clemson's Danielle Hepburn, a senior middle blocker from Miami, Fla., was selected today as the Atlantic Coast Conference Volleyball Player of the Week after she helped Clemson erase a two-set deficit on the road at Georgia Tech last week.
		Atlantic Coast Conference Announces ACC Football Players of the Week for December 1   12/1/08   Georgia Tech A-Back Roddy Jones and NC State Quarterback Russell Wilson headline the Atlantic Coast Conference Football Players of the Week for the games of Nov. 29. Joining them this week are Virginia Tech offensive lineman Ryan Shuman, Duke linebacker Michael Tauiliili, Boston College linebacker Robert Francois and Boston College holder Billy Flutie.
		Maryland's Jen Vogel and North Carolina's Tyler Harris Named ACC Performers of the Week   11/25/08   Maryland junior Jen Vogel and North Carolina sophomore Tyler Harris have been selected the Atlantic Coast Conference Swimming and Diving Performers of the Week. Vogel picked up her first career conference recognition, while Harris earns his third career performer of the week honor and second of this season.
		Virginia's Moore named ACC Wrestler of the Week   11/25/08   Virginia's Jedd Moore has been named the Atlantic Coast Conference's Wrestler of the Week for his performance in two dual matches last Sunday.
		Duke's Kellie Catanach Named ACC Volleyball Player of the Week   11/24/08   Duke's Kellie Catanach, a freshman setter from Tampa, Fla., was selected today as the Atlantic Coast Conference Volleyball Player of the Week after leading the Blue Devils to consecutive conference wins against Virginia Tech and Virginia.
